I’ve viewed a couple dvd lately. When I buy dvd, I look for movies that the whole family can watch. My initial choice is The Bucket List. I really loved this dvd.
Watching Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman on the same tv and their characters Edward and Carter embarking on a sojourn of discovery is hard to resist. Not every film about death needs a hairless Swede and a game of chess - sometimes, the sky-diving’s enough. It is not often you can find DVD movies today that have superior moral to the story and is completely family oriented. I’m sure this dvd has inspired many people to create their own “Bucket List” of the things they want to do and accomplish before they leave this earth.
Morgan Freeman is the consumate actor and his smooth calm attitude was a perfect contrast to the jerky character played by Jack Nicholson. These two friends find themselves at a loss at the end of their lives feeling they have not truly lived. They deside together to make a list of things they want to do before they pass away and they really make you smile as you watch them cross items off their list.
If you buy dvd movie on a normal basis this dvd is a clear winner, this movie really makes you think about your own life and if you have really done every thing you wanted to do and gone every place you wanted to go. A truly heart warming must see film.
